Personal sessions are available either in-studio or the comfort of your own home. I specialize in working with pregnant clients and women who are looking to re-train their pelvic floor and core muscles. You will be led through a safe, nurturing and completely customized movement practice that incorporates elements of yoga and Pilates, and supports you both physically and emotionally. Reformer sessions are available in studio only (Bloor + Ossington)
