This class is all about reconnecting and regaining core strength, support and function! Whether you've never had a baby, preparing for pregnancy or gave birth years ago this is a great series for you.

Each class is a blend of yoga, pilates and functional movement to provide you with a balanced, whole body movement practice. We will focus on training the core muscles to work together as a system of support to reduce pain, discomfort and tension in the body that comes from weak and overused muscles.

This whole body approach will leave you feeling strong, grounded and confident as you learn how to safely and effectively train your core muscles.
