Partner Prep Session

Birth is a messy, unpredictable miracle that might take more strength, patience and stamina than you ever thought, but with a few powerful tools, we’ll create the space, strength and support to hold you steady through the experience.

Designed for birthers 25-35 weeks (birth partners are welcome, though you can also take it solo), in this 2 hour workshop we’ll explore breathing and coping techniques for mental and physical comfort as well as birthing positions and pushing tips to reduce strain and injury to the pelvic floor. You’ll get hands-on practice so that when the time comes, it will be second nature to ease your baby through the stages of labour and the birthing canal while connecting with your partner through the process.
