A balanced approach to movement is fundamental during pregnancy. It’s as important to release tension as it is to build support and this class brings the perfect balance of stretches and strength work to help your entire lower body feel better.

You may especially enjoy the foot and ankle releases if you’re experiencing pain and discomfort in the feet (Plantar Fasciitis) or swelling around the ankles. Every mama will enjoy this class!
