I’ve been right where you are today.

I’ve dealt with the frustration of constant back pain during my first pregnancy and postpartum, plus every postpartum symptom you can think of - Diastasis Recti, weakened pelvic floor muscles, back and pelvic pain and just general exhaustion!

I know how frustrating and defeating it is to feel uncomfortable and uncertain in your body. Resentment and overwhelm set in. And you lose your confidence as a new parent.

With experience as a yoga and pilates teacher, a birth doula and personal trainer, my approach to movement is supportive and sustainable while empowering you to feel confident, strong and truly ready for life with baby.
