mini band abs + Arms (22:10)
Grab a mini band for the perfectly balanced practice that focuses on relieving tension and building some serious strength.
PROPS: A mini band, resistance band, yoga band or set of cans, a yoga block or thick book
RESISTANCE BAND BACK + BOOTY (18:12)
This resistance band class brings all the goodies- strength work for our glutes, legs and upper back PLUS incorporates some great balance and core work.
PROPS: A resistance band or set of cans/ weights 3-8 pounds
SINGLE LEG LOVE (21:55)
Light up your deep stabilizing muscles including your core and hip muscles with this challenging class full of single leg work. We’re creating balance, strength and core integration here.
PROPS: nothing needed
UPPER BODY + CORE FLOW (22:30)
An uplifting and energizing practice to power up your postural and core muscles. Feel tall, lifted and ready to go with this uplifting class.
PROPS: 2 light weights or cans

Flow through this balance focused class and feel more present, centred and rooted. Let go of distractions and enjoy this playful class.
PROPS: A towel or blanket , Yoga blocks or cans (optional)
UPPER BACK UNWIND
Slow down and reset your posture and nervous system with this calming sequence of releases for your upper back, chest and neck. This is the perfect practice to come back to when you’re sore, stiff, tired or stressed.
mOBILITY + CHILL (25:40)
Give your sore, stiff joints some love with this practice that zeros in on the little areas that get overloaded from our modern, daily life.
PROPS: A folded up blanket, towel or pillow
YOGA CORE FLOW (25:15)
Train your deep core muscles with this fun and playful yoga flow. Build your balance from the ground up so you feel more grounded and connected to your body.
PROPS: a wall or chair if you would like some support
LOWER BODY LET GO
Foster a sense of groundedness with these slow and deep lower body releases. Release tension in the hips, lower back and glutes that can contribute to feeling on edge and uptight. Let it all go with this lovely gentle stretch session.
