This is a great practice if you’re just starting to re-build core strength, regardless if you’re newly-ish postpartum or if you’re just starting to focus on re-training your core.
We’ll try some foundational core exercises to really help you zone in on those deep core muscles and practice engaging them in different positions so you can find what works best for you.
Since core strength is a full body issue, we’ll also take time to relieve upper back tension and release stiff, sore hips making this the perfect 20 minute practice when you need a little TLC.
