I dealt with the frustration of constant back pain during my first pregnancy and then every postpartum symptom you can think of - Diastasis Recti, weakened pelvic floor muscles, back and pelvic pain and just general exhaustion! I felt lost, confused and embarrassed not knowing my way around my own body.
