Calm + Strong Birth Prep Course

If you’re rounding the final corner and the reality of birth is setting in, before you let anxiety take hold. Breathe. The Strong + Calm Birth Prep Course is a self guided course that focuses on building the physical strength and stamina you need along with practical and powerful tools to support and hold yourself steady through your birthing experience.

With birth prep video tutorials, movement classes and extra resources like guided meditations, this is the perfect way to prepare your body and mind for birth.

Prenatal Yoga at Mosaic Yoga

Monday Jan. 17- Feb. 20
7:00-8:15pm

Bring your mama-to-be self to the mat for
6 oh-so-strengthening weeks suited for anyone with or without yoga or pilates experience. With relaxation and ease mixed in with a bit of fun and sweat, we’ll lift pregnancy pain out of your back, hips and pelvis while strengthening and training your core to take strain off of your hardworking abdominal and pelvic floor muscles (yes, please).

Every class kicks off with a quick chat about anything from managing anxiety to mindfulness practices, pelvic health to minimizing strain to the abdominal muscles (hello, diastasis recti) with online resources to help guide you after class.
