Restriction in our upper back, chest and shoulders can impede our posture and core function, so let’s take some time to unwind and create some freedom in our spine.
When we can move our spine with more ease we can access our deep core muscles better and promote better core function just by helping our diaphragm (breathing + core muscle) work better. Feel more mobile and tap into that deep core support with this practice.

A yoga block, stack of books or something sturdy for support
