Balance work is a great way to train your deep core muscles as they have to work to stabilize your body. This fun and uplifting core flow is the perfect way to tap into your core muscles while also giving you a chance to shift your attention away from your many daily tasks and into the present moment. If you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed or low energy, this is the perfect pick me up!
