BIRTH BALL FLOW (20:22)

You may know the birth ball as a super helpful tool during labour- but in this class we’re exploring movements using the ball that lubricate your hips, release tension in your lower back, challenge your core muscles and more. And don’t worry if you don’t have a big ol’ ball around, most of these movements can be done without a ball.

PRO TIP: Sitting on a stability (birth) ball throughout your day is a great way to encourage more movement and promote better alignment and posture. Try some of these moves while watching tv at the end of the day or swap out your desk chair for a ball for short periods throughout your day.
