There’s not much better than a therapeutic massage during pregnancy- but this might be just as good! Grab a tennis ball (or some kind of massage ball) and get ready for some full body relief. We’ll explore self massage techniques for area of your body from the base of your feet to the top of your head.
PRO TIP: Self massage is a great way to get you out of your head and into your body if you’re feeling anxious or stressed. Try using the balls under your feet, across your chest if you’re looking for a quick fix.
