Side Lying Hip + Core (23:10)

Tight, stiff hips are an incredibly common complaint of mamas throughout pregnancy. Our hips and glute muscles tend to be underused, especially during pregnancy and therefore become stiff. My favorite way to bring some love to the hips is with movement that both releases tension AND builds strength at the same time. Side lying hip work is a great way to lubricate the joints while waking up the outer hip muscles. You may be cursing me throughout this class- but guaranteed, you’ll be thanking me later!
