FLow & Grow prenatal essentials

Your body is kicking into overtime to create this little babe, so tension, discomfort (to put it mildly), upper back and abdominal pressure are all making life a lot more interesting.

With targeted, specific core work and simple, uplifting movement, we’ll build supportive postural muscles, relieve strain and lay the foundation for a comfortable pregnancy and smoother birth. 

STRONG & CALM BIRTH PREP

You’re rounding the final corner, so let’s transition in preparation for birth!

Inside Strong & Calm you’ll find both therapeutic movement and research-based childbirth education to teach you how to use movement to prepare, assist and support yourself through the birthing process and feel calm, confident and ready for birth as a whole.

4th TRIMESTER recovery

Now that baby is here, your body is processing and healing in a whole new way (again!).

With gentle movement practices and physio-approved exercises you’ll re-connect to your body (with a specific focus on your core & pelvic floor muscles) and tend to common areas of tension as your body adjusts to the new demands of motherhood.
