THE CORE BREATH

This is one of my favorite exercises and so easy to fit into your daily life. This exercise is deceivingly challenging and really targets the muscles that provide support for your pelvis and spine- helping relieve pressure on your pelvic floor and core.

Give this a try while brushing your teeth or waiting in line at the grocery store. Try holding baby to increase the weight and up the challenge!
