Your body works SO hard to support you through all the physical (and emotional) changes you’re going through at this point in your pregnancy. Our nervous system can be on high alert as we prepare for the future and navigate these physical transitions.

Restorative yoga is the perfect way to calm your nervous system and practice actively letting go and softening- a valuable valuable practice during birth and motherhood. Let your body and mind rest and renew with this nurturing and peaceful practice.
