I am a HUGE fan of movements that do double duty. I’m up for anything that saves me a little time. But efficiency aside, movements that both mobilize and stabilize are super functional. Mobility is being able to move with control and ease. And ultimately that’s what we’re all striving for. Especially during pregnancy!

The push/pull movement in this class use a towel (or a glider if you have one) to create length (and a wonderful stretch sensation) but also ask our deep core muscles to stabilize us. Find the length and support that your pregnancy is craving with this fun mat class.
