Ask any new mama and they’ll tell you the first few months postpartum are a lot (and that’s an understatement). You’re likely feeling totally exhausted, overwhelmed and almost entirely unfamiliar with this new body of yours.

If bladder leakage, pressure in the PF (prolapse), pelvic pain, weak and hypertonic PF muscles and seriously stiff back pain from cradling, canoodling and carrying baby sound super familiar, then this collection of classes is for you. Class by class, we’ll move to realign, rebuild and reboot our strength through core, spine and pelvis support, practical breathing techniques and engaging movement.

As a new mama, it feels like you’re always on, always up and almost always running on empty, so extending deeper rest and release to our minds with a couple tender meditations is just as essential as our physical wellbeing.

  • 60 minute Initial Consult + virtual session

  • 6, 30 minute One-on-One Virtual Sessions

  • 18 follow along yoga + pilates on-demand classes (10-35 minutes long) that tend to weakness, tension and common aches and pains.
