You’re rounding the final corner, so as you transition in preparation for birth it’s time to deepen into embodied strength and confidence. This 6 module program combines research-based movement classes and birth education to help you feel fully prepared to support yourself through a smoother, more empowered birth using movement, breathwork, labouring techniques and pushing positions.

If you’re feeling weak, sore, unsure and frustrated by pain, weakened abdominal muscles or pelvic floor symptoms, help is here! In this customized coaching program, we’ll take a personalized approach to bringing your core and pelvic floor back into balance, restoring overall strength and easing up on all the tension and pressure you’re feeling.

 
 

4th Trimester
Recovery Essentials

6 week diy program

Now that baby is here and your body is processing and healing in a whole new way (again!), you need a step-by-step guide to walk you through the first 6 weeks of your postpartum recovery. This DIY program features short, safe and gentle movement practices and specific core re-training exercises that will tend to sore, stiff muscles, ease up on discomfort and promote a smoother, faster postpartum recovery.
